This day was all about things I needed to do according to my goals. I have realized that I get angry when I need to sit quiet without any movement. To compensate that, I went to the gym just so I can do something with all that energy.
I wrote some goals and how I will do to achieve them because it is so much better than just go with a bunch of question marks in my head. To make the anxiety go away for a while it is good to write about the worries. Then I wrote goals about my training since I need something to look forward to and something I can fight for that I think is funny.
I love to feel that I barely can walk home when I’m done. 🙏🏽
